We started ekho because healthy eating had become far too complicated.
As humans, we evolved eating real food from nature. But modern life has made ultra-processed food the easy option. Then we’re sold quick fixes and false promises to make up for what’s missing.
We wanted to flip that.
Ekho was created to make real food convenient again. A snack bar made with simple whole ingredients, nothing ultra-processed, no added sugar or sweeteners, and nothing to hide. Just real food that tastes like a treat.
We began testing recipes in our London flat, then sold our first bars at a local market in January 2025. Since then, we’ve been scaling, making mistakes, learning as we go, and slowly building ekho into what we always wanted it to be.
This is still just the start, but our mission is simple: make real food the easy choice again.
